Comparing

Counselling Theories

Click on PDF icon to view summary chart comparing and contrasting three counselling theories applied to group work. These three theories were selected intentional with the goal of comparing diverse theories, one Experiential and Relationship-Oriented Approaches (Person-Centred), one Postmodern Approaches of personal interest (Narrative Therapy), and another Postmodern Approach that I had limited knowledge in and wanted to expand my understanding (Feminist Therapy).
